To install:
Put the .grd file into the folder:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS3/Presets/Gradients (on Mac OS X)
or
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop\Presets\ (on Windows).
To load a file, go to the Gradients palette, then click the small arrow in the top right corner and choose one of the gradient sets collections from the menu.
